Attività Solare: Nuovo Brillamento di Classe X1.74 - Space Weather: X1.7 Class flare

Attività solare in progressivo aumento: la regione attiva denominata AR1882 è da poco esplosa producendo un brillamento solare di notevole entità, ovvero di Classe X1.74. Nel frattempo rimangono in osservazione anche AR1875 e AR1877 tutt’ora ospitanti energia per solar flares della stessa potenza. L’evento registrato relativo al brillamento X1.7 di poco fa è stato accompagnato anche da forte interferenza Radio classificata dal NOAA come R3 su R5. Il NOAA rettifica l’errato riporto della regione solare indicata in un primo momento, confermando che il flare di classe X è da attribuirsi alla regione AR1882 e non alla AR1875.

No optical flare reported.
Potential Impacts: Area of impact consists of large portions of the sunlit side of Earth, strongest at the sub-solar point. – Radio – Wide area blackout of HF (high frequency) radio communication for about an hour.
