Domenica 23 Giugno 2013 – Weekend in rosa per una splendida luna piena.
Il nostro satellite raggiungerà infatti la sua fase di plenilunio che solitamente nel mese di giugno viene chiamata “Luna Rosa” o “Luna Fragola”. Non rimanete delusi se non vi apparirà effettivamente diversa dal solito, il rosa non è una condizione “visibile”, ma certamente vi farà piacere sapere che la Luna piena, per questa occasione, rimarrà visibile per tutta la notte, dall’alba al tramonto e viceversa e in questo periodo non è affatto raro vederla anche in pieno giorno. Questa luna piena è anche considerata “Super Luna”, in quanto apparirà la più “grande” dell’anno.

This year the largest Full Moon of the year will occur on June 22/23. The Full Moon rises around sunset and sets around sunrise, the only night in the month when the Moon is in the sky all night long. The rest of the month, the Moon spends at least some time in the daytime sky.
