This image from the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope shows NGC 7026, a planetary nebula. Located just beyond the tip of the tail of the constellation of Cygnus (The Swan), this butterfly-shaped cloud of glowing gas and dust is the wreckage of a star similar to the Sun.

Questa meravigliosa immagine che ci regala Hubble Space Telescope, della ESA/NASA, riguarda la nebulosa planetaria NGC 7026 che si trova appena oltre la punta della coda della costellazione del Cigno (The Swan – in prossimità della stella Deneb). La forma di farfalla è dovuta alle nubi di gas incandescente e polvere che sono ciò che restano di una stella simile al sole.
