L’autore di questo splendido video ha utilizzato immagini scattate dalla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale per raccontare una storia e condividere il messaggio inviato dagli astronauti che hanno lavorato sulla stazione negli ultimi 11 anni. Stanno lavorando per aprire un “portale” nello spazio per tutta l’umanità, ma la gente sulla Terra deve prima capire che deve sbarazzarsi del concetto di “confine” del nostro pianeta, se vuole seguire gli astronauti verso nuovi mondi nello spazio. Ascoltando la voce dei cosmonauti ammiriamo il passare di un giorno sulla Terra, dall’alba al tramonto, fino a quando quel portale si apre con una esplosione di luce. La ISS poi guadagna velocità, gli astronauti stanno lasciando il nostro pianeta che vedono girare sempre più velocemente, la terra diventa tutt’uno, si fondono gli oceani e le persone insieme, pronti a seguirli, ulteriormente lassù.
The author uses pictures taken from the International Space Station to tell a story and share the message sent by the astronauts who worked on the station in the last 11 years. They are working to open a Gateway to Space for all humankind, but people on Earth must understand that they have to get rid of the concept of borders on our planet if they want to follow the astronauts to new worlds in outer space. While the cosmonauts speak a day passes on Earth, from dawn to sunset, until the Gateway opens with a burst of light. The ISS then gains speed, the astronauts are leaving our planet which they see spinning faster and faster, merging earth, oceans and people together, ready to follow them, Further Up Yonder.
